The "Sui Jiaoza Specialty Restaurant" is a fusion of Japanese izakaya (Japanese-style pub) and Taiwanese Chinese cuisine, and its glutinous dumplings are truly exquisite! When you bite into the skin, the juices overflow like a small basket of dumplings. The dumplings are served in a soup with a rich gravy inside the dough, which is served on a bamboo stick.
